Tyler Pastornicky traded to Phillies

Tyler Pastornicky was traded by the Texas Rangers to the Philadelphia Phillies on August 10, 2015 for cash. He had split 2015 between Double A Frisco and Triple A Round Rock. The 2B\SS had hit .276/.327/.314 with 0 HR, 5 RBI, 14 R, 1 SB in 28 games at Frisco and .283/.319/.394 with 1 HR, 19 RBI, 30 R, 3 SB in 53 games at Round Rock. He does have three seasons MLB experience with the Braves hitting .243/.295/.314 with 2 HR, 15 RBI, 30 R, 2 SB in 124 games. He was originally drafted by the Blue Jays in the fifth round in 2008 and was traded to the Braves in 2010. Pastornicky turned 25 on December 13.
