Yeison Coca traded to Brewers

Yeison Coca was traded by the Boston Red Sox to the Milwaukee Brewers on June 5, 2017 to complete the earlier Tyler Thornburg deal. The shortstop has yet to play in 2017 and hit 80 for 260, .308/.372/.408 with 1 HR, 26 RBI, 41 R, 12 SB in 63 games in the Dominican Summer League in 2016. He originally signed with the Red Sox in 2015 as an amateur free agent out of the Dominican Republic. Coca turned 18 on May 22.
