Matt Frawley traded to Yankees

Matt Frawley was traded by the Pittsburgh Pirates to the New York Yankees on June 14, 2017 to complete the earlier Johnny Barbato deal. The RHP was 3-1, 1.62 ERA, 32 K, 0.75 WHIP, .184 BAA, 3 SV in 33.1 IP over 19 games at Class A West Virginia in 2017. He was originally drafted by the Pirates in the 17th round in 2016. Frawley will be 22 on August 8th.
