Gabriel Ynoa traded to Orioles

Gabriel Ynoa was traded by the New York Mets to the Baltimore Orioles on February 10, 2017 for cash. The RHP split 2016 between Triple A Las Vegas and the Mets. He was 12-5, 3.97 ERA, 78 K, 1.36 WHIP, .285 BAA in 154.1 IP over 25 GS at Las Vegas and 1-0, 6.38 ERA, 17 K, 1.80 WHIP, .333 BAA in 18.1 IP over 10 games with 3 GS with the Mets. He originally signed with the Mets in 2009 as an amateur free agent out of the Dominican Republic. Ynoa will be 24 on May 26.
