Bryce Harper of the Washington Nationals was selected the National League Player of the Month for May 2015. During the month the outfielder hit 31 for 86, .360/.495/.884 with 4 2B, 13 HR, 28 RBI, 24 R, 2 SB and 22 BB in 27 games. This season he is hitting .333/.471/.718 with 18 HR, 44 RBI, 43 R, 3 SB in 52 games. Over his four MLB seasons with the Nationals he has hit .279/.366/.494 with 73 HR, 193 RBI, 253 R, 34 SB in 408 games. He was originally drafted by the Nationals with the first over all pick in 2010. Harper will be 23 on October 16.
