Victor Arano was traded by the Los Angeles Dodgers to the Philadelphia Phillies on August 28, 2014 as the second PTBNL in the earlier Roberto Hernandez deal which also saw Jesmuel Valentin as the first PTBNL.
Prior to the trade RHP Arano was at Class A Great Lakes where he was 4-7, 4.08 ERA, 83 K, 1.26 WHIP, .260 BAA, 3 SV in 86.0 IP over 22 games. He originally signed with the Dodgers in 2013 as an amateur free agent out of Mexico. Arano will be 20 on February 7th.
