Enrique Burgos was traded by the Arizona Diamondbacks to the Atlanta Braves on May 20, 2017 for cash. The RHP was 1-1, 6.23 ERA, 13 K, 2.00 WHIP, .300 BAA, 1 SV in 13.0 IP over 11 games at Triple A Reno in 2017. Over two MLB seasons with the Diamondbacks he was 3-4, 5.27 ERA, 82 K, 1.51 WHIP, .255 BAA, 3 SV in 68.1 IP over 73 games. He originally signed with the Diamondbacks in 2007 as an amateur free agent out of Panama. Burgos turned 26 on November 23.
