Alex Katz traded to Orioles

Alex Katz was traded by the Chicago White Sox to the Baltimore Orioles on May 20, 2017 in exchange for international signing bonus slots. The LHP was 0-1, 4.40 ERA, 17 K, 1.60 WHIP, .263 BAA in 14.1 IP over 10 games at Class A Kannapolis in 2017. He was originally drafted by the White Sox in the 27th round in 2015. Katz turned 22 on October 12.
