Max Scherzer of the Washington Nationals was selected the National League Player of the Week for the span of September 28, 2015 through October 4, 2015. He threw a no hitter against the Mets and for the week was 2-0, 0.53 ERA, 2 GS, 17.0 IP, 2 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 0 HR, 3 BB, 27 K, .038 BAA, 1 CG and 1 SHO.  This season the RHP was 14-12, 2.79 ERA, 276 K, 0.92 WHIP, .208 BAA in 228.2 IP over 33 games.
