Frank De Los Santos was traded by the Tampa Bay Rays to the Chicago White Sox on September 21, 2013 in exchange for a player to be named later or cash. The LHP split 2013 between Rookie Gulf Coast, Class A Advanced Charlotte and Triple A Durham. He was 0-0, 4.91 ERA, 4 K, 0.55 WHIP in 3.2 IP over 2 games at Gulf Coast, was 1-0, 0.00 ERA, 1 K, 0.33 WHIP in 3.0 IP over 2 games at Charlotte and was 1-2, 5.34 ERA, 21 K, 1.59 WHIP, 1 SV in 32.0 IP over 26 games at Durham. He originally signed with the Rays in 2006 as an amateur free agent out of the Dominican Republic. De Los Santos will be 26 on November 17.
