Over his seven season MLB career playing with the Mariners and Cardinals he has hit .238/.300/.320 with 18 HR, 186 RBI, 281 R, 67 SB in 766 games. He was originally drafted by the Cardinals in the seventh round in 2003. Ryan turned 31 on March 26.
