I am continuing to follow Bubba Starling and Fred Ford as they make their way up the minor league ranks of the Kansas City Royals. This is the eighth update for 2013. Both Bubba and Fred are at Class A Lexington in the South Atlantic League. The Legends are currently 25-24.
Starling was back after missing most of the previous week and is now hitting .209/.291/.345 with 4 HR, 19 RBI, 22 R, 6 SB in 41 games.
Ford continues to raise his average after an early slump as he is now hitting .190/.293/.331 with 5 HR, 18 RBI, 15 R, 2 SB in 49 games.
