Bubba and Fred Update 090112

Bubba Starling and Fred Ford are playing for the Burlington Royals with is the Kansas City Royals Rookie team in the Appalachian League. Currently the Royals are 41-25. Burlington clinched the East division and are currently in the playoffs.

Starling hit .275/.371/.485 with 10 HR, 33 RBI, 35 R and 10 SB in 53 games. He was selected to be an Appalachian League All Star.

Ford hit .248/.362/.491 with 13 HR, 35 RBI, 38 R and 5 SB in 62 games.
