Alex Dickerson Florida State League MVP 2012

Alex Dickerson of the Bradenton Marauders was awarded the Florida State League Player of the Year. Bradenton is the Class A Advanced team of the Pittsburgh Pirates. In 2012 the outfielder hit .295/.353/.451 with 13 HR, 90 RBI, 65 R, 12 SB in 129 games. He was originally drafted by the Pirates in the third round in 2011. Dickerson turned 22 on May 26.
